1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the health and well-being of our puppies, we are unable to accept returns. Once a puppy leaves our facility, it cannot be returned to ensure the safety and health of our other puppies.

2. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed and the puppy has not been prepared for shipment. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order.

3. Refunds

In the unlikely event that your puppy arrives in an unhealthy state or does not survive the journey, we will need a detailed description of the issue and photographs. If we determine that the puppy was unwell or the death occurred due to conditions within our control, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

4. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that we have not provided, please contact us directly to discuss the issue. We strive for customer satisfaction and will do our utmost to resolve any problems that arise.
